Wedgwood Commons Minutes March 1, 2010

The meeting was called to order by Faith Brasch at 7:35pm.

Attendees were Herb Alexander, Bert Green, Faith Brasch, Lori Goldberg, Suzanne Strichartz, Karen Smart and Nancy Efrusy

Minutes were approved from the last meeting.

Treasurer's Report:
We discussed options for maturing CDs.
There are 27 unpaid dues. This is only one day passed the due date.
There are two homes in the sub pending sales.
The board elected to pursue possible legal remedies for unpaid dues.

Welcoming Committee:
Welcomed the Ihsan family on Old Timber

Commons:
Davis Outdoor Service is redoing the front entrance. Will move boulders and plant shrubs.
Discussed the eroding issue behind the house on Old Timber. Getting more estimates on this.

Old Timber leading into the sub is in bad condition. The city and county have been called.

There was a request made by a homeowner to see about adding to an existing piece of sidewalk by the school at the corner of Glouster Circle and Old Timber. The homeowner wrote to the city to see about a special assement and the costs. This would need to be brought to a vote by the entire subdivision.

Next meeting will be in May or June.

Meeting was adjourned at 8:20pm.
