WEDGWOOD COMMONS
MEETING MINUTES
November 13, 2007



The meeting was called to order by Faith Brasch at 7:00 pm. The attendees were Susanne Strichartz, Faith Brasch, Rebecca Jozwiak, Lori Goldberg, Bert Green, Karen Smart, Lysa Postula-Stein, Herb Alexander, Barbara Floyd, Lee Greenlaw, Tricia Price, Arnetta Whitehouse, Tom Druffner.

WELCOMING
There have been no new residents.

COMMONS MAINTENANCE
D & L Maintenance is going to clean up big branches around Turtle Park and the neighborhood. The quote came in under $1000.00.
Lysa was going to contact S & J Asphalt regarding the tennis courts. What can we do at this point to fix the tennis courts and how much will it cost?
We are contracted with Meier through ’08. We are open to bids from other companies but we have an enormous property and they have always done good work.
The garbage cans in the commons area are being left in the park through the winter.
Thank you to Arnetta Whitehouse we have won the Beautification Award again.
There is a broken sprinkler head near Arnetta’s we will fix it in the Spring.

CHATTER
The Chatter will go out again with dues. The Chatter will include a map of the neighborhood.

TREASURER
Karen talked about transferring the CD’s to a different account to get a better interest rate. We are currently at 3.1%, if we rolled it over into a different account we could get 5%. Our bank account currently has 7,722.91.00
