WEDGWOOD COMMONS MEETING MINUTES

August 27, 2008

The meeting was called to order by Faith Brasch at 7:00. Attendees were Nancy Efrusy, Bert green, Karen Smart, Lori Goldberg. Herb Alexander, and Susanne Strichartz.

MINUTES
Minutes from June 29, 2008 were reviewed and approved.

TREASURER”S REPORT
We have a total of $43,741.69 in various accounts.

Still have a few outstanding dues. Again we discussed collection, we will keep trying to collect but no drastic measures are going to be taken.

WELCOMING
Nick Walters and Daniela Thompson moved into the Page home. Elliot and Sheila Charlip moved on to Old Timber Ct.

COMMONS MAINTENANCE
Gail White wants us to take a look at the pinetrees and bushes near her home. There is also a willow that needs to be taken down-Bert will take a look to see if it is in the commons area. At the edge of Judy Paull’s house, there are branches hanging down and blocking the street, Bert will also take a look to see what needs to be done there.
Meier will send a bill for clean up. Mrs. Harris says that there are bushes blocking the fire hydrant. We will take a look at that.

We discussed that very year it is important to lay new mulch and sand at Turtle Park to keep it looking nice and user friendly.

Next meeting is going to be an annual meeting and we are going to pass out a flyer in hopes that more people will show up.

The date is tentatively set for October 23, 2008.

The meeting adjourned at 8:00.
