Wedgwood Common Meeting

June 4, 2009


1. Call to Order (Faith)



2. Minutes from Last Meeting (Lori) – Lori was not able to attend



3. Treasurer’s Report (Karen) –We have approximately 17,000 in checking, 10,000was move from CDs into checking and will be reinvested into CDs in a staggered method. We have 12 houses whose dues are unpaid. Nancy or Karen and Faith will go door to door with a follow-up letter.




4. Welcoming (Susanne) – There is no one to welcome at this time.



5. Commons (Bert) – Rob Davis met with Bill Burnett regarding the commons behind his house. A plan is being set up. Rob turned on the sprinklers and did some sprinkler repair. Rob’s bid for the damaged trees in the commons was the lowest. We voted to utilize him for this. Arnetta Whitehouse and Rob Davis have met regarding the entrance to the neighborhood. A plan has been set up for beautification.
