Board Meeting April 24, 2007

WEDGEWOOD COMMONS
MEETING MINUTES
APRIL 24, 2007



The meeting was called to order by Faith Brasch at 7:30 pm. Attendees were Susanne Strichartz, Sarah Lang, Lysa Postula-Stein, Rebecca Jozwiak, Herb Alexander, Nancy Efrusy, Lori Goldberg, Bert Green.

COMMONS MAINTENANCE

Bert Green spoke. We are very happy with lawn service. Is our previous lawn service the same price as last year? There is no additional spring clean-up needed. Some branches lying around but Miere can certainly take care of it. Old Timber creek needs to be cleaned out, that will be taken care of.

WELCOMING
Susanne said three new people have moved in. the Steins, Rakolas, and Smarts. She will make sure they are welcomed.




CHATTER
The chatter along with a new directory will go out in June. Linda Singer wants to underwrite the cost of a new directory.

PARKS
Turtle Park needs a garbage can, Nancy and Bert will take care of it. We talked about painting the swing set. Lysa will look into what kind of paint we need to use and what colors would look good. We will talk about this next meeting.

NEW BUSINESS
Herb expressed concern about the condition of the road at 14 & Old Timber. Bert offered to call and see if the county will do anything about it.

We talked about getting a PO Box. We also talked about registering the domain, Wedgewood Commons.com.
