- SECRETARY’S REPORT (Chuck) – Approved and accepted. Web site title page to be changed to add this: "Real estate agents: For Association Dues Release letters, contact Arnetta Whitehouse at 248-661-4634" (done)

- FORESTRY & LANDSCAPE (Bert Green) -
- Natural Growth Areas - (Michael Lang) -
- Spring Forestry Cleanup - Meier still has sticks to be cleaned up in the commons area. Chuck will call Meier regarding remaining branches to clean up.
- Ash Bore Treatment / Removal - Brad not the contractor. Reduced quote $9300 from D&L Tree. Steinkopf $162 for 1-1/2 caliper trees. 25 trees removed 20 more to be removed - Laymon was payed $5000.
- Debris behind Arnetta's home - Susanne will call about having the debris removed.
- COMMONS MAINTENANCE -
- Tennis Court Repair - $21,975 for tennis court repaving and repainting. Another $7000 will be spent for fence backstops. Michael estimates that it will cost $500 for landscaping repair for Jeff Burns Lawn and sprinkler repair.
- Basketball Backboard requires replacement again. One vandal-proof backboard has been approved. Estimated cost $600. Approved by board. Michael will e-mail his information about backboards. (Ordered for $425, delivery 10/15/2004)
- Boulevard Lights - Light was snapped back into alignment by Michael.

- SPRING / SUMMER ISSUES -
- Chatter Spring Issue - Rebecca Kavanagh - not in attendance. Will include article about natural cul-de-sac planning.
- Natural Growth Committee - Committee suggests that we concentrate on cul-de-sacs for natural growth areas to improve the appearance and reduce the mowing costs. It was suggested that we solicit contributions of perennials and natural grasses from neighbors.
- OLD BUSINESS -
- York Ridge/ Old Timber 3-way Stop - Michael Lang
- New Dues Letter to Michael Gluck, Lot #92 - Chuck (sent, receipt for registered mail given to Arnetta).
- Lot #9 - Stockade Fence needs correction. Michael will contact the city regarding the two types of fence not in compliance.
- Markey Foreclosure possible - Chuck sent an e-mail to Marshal to ask for foreclosure advice. (Mail was received from Marshal and forwarded to the Wedgwood mailing list).
- Lot 44 is missing an address - Bert Green did not deliver a directory to this address. Susanne will mail a directory to this address.
- Stop Sign on Old Timber - 85% of the traffic must be over 33 miles per hour. We may not get a stop sign since police have been in the neighborhood issuing tickets to speeders, slowing them down.
